Uniforms
All troopers are supposed to have the required uniform on duty provided by WSP. Uniforms are allowed to have a vest, and hat(purchased on the roblox catalog) while on duty as long as they are professional.
Uniforms in game are required to be worn while on patrol (with the exception of being undercover)
You are required to wear the duty belt ERLC provides in the locker room with a Realistic kit. Meaning no mag pouches in the back, no guns on the front of your belt, etc. Exceptions include UGC related belts that must pass inspection, unsure of a belt passing inspect, Go to the uniform inspection channel and post the link for further review.
All Troopers must display a Bodycam
All Troopers are required to have their rank as their display name. This allows for people to see your rank and show the higher ranking as not every rank has a designated uniform (Lt+ has a uniform but must buy it), and not every rank has insignia accessible via the locker room, (Only Sgt has that courtesy) All other ranks do not have insignias that are present on their uniform (You may them as there are chevrons buyable out there however they may not block the WSP Patch)
B.2 Uniform Presence
Class A is the formal long sleeve consisting of a tie and trooper scala. It is the required uniform for Probationary Troopers during their field training however is the general formal attire for the rest of the Troop.
Class B is identical to the Class A without the tie present, Another patrol uniform that can be worn by anyone.
Uniform C is the short sleeve variation of the Class B, no tie and is more comfortable for hotter temperatures and is more preferred among most Troopers, This is the only uniform you are allowed to wear external vests for at achieving the rank of Master Trooper. HOWEVER while wearing external vests you are prohibited from wearing your State Trooper scala. This is due to the vest degrading the formality of the scala. The scala is however required when the vest is not present. You may wear a WSP or unmarked baseball cap while wearing the external vest. No other exceptions.
WSP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISPURCHASE OF ANYTHING YOU BUY FOR YOUR UNIFORM THAT YOU FIND OUT LATER CAN NOT BE WORN SO SHOP SMARTLY
Shop like you’d wear the item for other things outside of WSP and not just for WSP)
If you want to buy something but want to clarify you can wear it before purchase, Go to the uniform inspection channel
Questions about uniforms can be brought to Sergeant+, if you want to clarify your uniform is fit for patrol you may ask for a uniform inspection via an on duty WSP Supervisor or go to the uniform inspection channel.
Regardless if your uniform is up to standard, a Sergeant may request a uniform inspection from you. Usually this won’t occur unless for a shift or event. However, it’s still something that can happen.
C. Vehicles
All Vehicles while on duty must have the Wisconsin State Patrol livery equipped (with the exception of being unmarked or your division requires you to be undercover).
All Troopers must follow the In-game speed limit while not code 3.
All Troopers WHO ARE NOT SEU Certified are allowed to go 115 while code 3 on Main Roads, NOT IN CITY LIMITS (Madison and Springfield are considered City Limits) (125 MPH is considered GTA driving)
Troopers must use vehicles based on their rank to unlock vehicles. Troopers must have the proper rank to use the proper vehicle. (check Wisconsin State Patrol Master roster for more information about this)
Troopers are required to drive with due regard while responding Code 3, Do not drive with your foot to the floor board the whole time, Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast. DON’T BECOME THE EMERGENCY meaning if you drive stupid and crash, you are taking resources away from the call you were responding to go help you. Crashes involving troopers can result in punishments including but not limited to, Strike, Suspension, or Termination. This is determined based on the severity of the accident and the review of the at fault in the accident.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PULL OVER IF PULLED OVER BY A SUPERVISOR, HIGH COMMAND, OR LOW COMMAND.
